I phoned to make a reservation as the Holidays clubs web site is not customer friendly either. JD assist me with my call. I gave him the dates that i would like to make a booking and request he need to inform me of places available in Western Cape for that period. He advise me to change my dates. and it is not possible for me. and then he only inform me it is very difficult to look for something in that time. According to me at least he can make some effort to assist me. it was just to much of an effort for him to assist. i would never encourage anybody to buy holiday club points as one never get satisfactory service. Or you are also never able to go on holiday were you would like to go.
