I had to change my flight dates for my return flight. THere are no price difference on the days I want to change it to, but Kulula is charging me a R684 admin fee, just to change the flights! Further more they now double debited my account. I really don't feel like sitting on their call center line all day. there are two x -R684 on my account, so now I've paid over R1200. Please fix this.

How can your admin fee be the same price as a flight? I can answer that. Because you can, and because you don't care. I'll pay a little extra to fly one of the other airlines from now. Please sort out the double debit on my account asap.
