I have bought extra points in December 2012 and was told that if I buy 10 point I will get another 10 free... did not happen... :(

I am also ALWAYS struggling to get accommodating and vacations at the coast is IMPOSSIBLE. Why did I buy the timeshare then... to vacate in Gauteng??? or as usual alway Mphumalanga???

I am really disappointed and nobody can indicate to me when I must phone to book for January 2013. I was told to phone regularly for cancellations. Why cant I be phoned when there are cancellations???

How do one use RCI in this regard and can I???
