We purcahsed 80 points from qvc and to date we have 111 points every time we want to book they do not have accommodation availble. i phone at the begining of January 2013 i was told it is too early for booking in March i must phone towards the end of January 2013, i phoned yesterday only to be tolad again that they are fully booked for the holidays. we cannot use any of the points from QVC. this is on going with QVC and worse we cannot sell the points back to them, they will not purchase it. on signing of the contract we were not told that after we have finished paying for the points we must continue to pay a monthly fee of R690 a month which they debit from my account. Big mistake buying from QVC it is a rip off
