Flight JE 706 was originally scheduled for 19H55 and my arrival time in Lanseria was to be 21H30. The screens showed that there was a delay of 15 minutes which changed after 30 minutes to 22H40. An unapologetic announcement came through that we must await further instructions. This behaviour is taking bad service to a whole new level and Mango has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
