Hi, i made a booking for a bus (Johannesburg - Grahamstown) on 13/02/2013, with the reference ADCC66. I also made the payment on the smae day, via internet transfer, to the bank account that was indicated on the webiste. Unfortunately i forgot to put my reference number when i made the payment, so i sent an email to the email address on the website, telling them that and also attaching proof of the said payment. i asked them to confirm with me, if everything was in order. To date, i have received no correspondence from them, whatsoever and i can't even get hold of them on the call centre number indicated on their website. Please assist, as this is now very urgent and the person i made a booking for is travelling this Sunday.
