Refused to refund me my money

I contacted Renee Singh as per her advertising on Gumtree and OLX for school transport for my son. I met her on the 04 Dec 2012, and it was agreed there, that she would transport my son to and from school every day.
As per her request, I had to pay a deposit of R450.00 on the 05 Dec 2012 and completed the application forms to secure his place for 2013.
I received a sms on the 07 Jan 2013 requested the balance of the R450.00 before 12:00. Payment was remitted and the time for collection was arranged.
On 08 Jan 2013 @14h07, I received a sms from Renee saying she was confronted by the taxi association in Fourways and she cannot transport my child to school on Wednesday 08 Jan 2013 as she is pvt and I will receive my full refund. On the 09 Jan, She sms'ed me to say she does not have enough money and give her until friday morning of 11 Jan 2013 . Friday I received a sms, to say they still have no money and must wait until the 31 Jan 2013. Renee and Renesh is not taking my calls and not responding to my sms.. I was put in a very tight situation arranging alternative arrangements at the last minute. I just want my money..
