Every day I get to work late because the bus I take, which is Bus number 420 from Westgate to Randburg does not show up in the morning and in the afternoon there are about 2 buses that have been taken off the route without any notification what so ever. I think that it is very unfair for Metrobus to take away these buses which causes delays in getting to and from work without a valid reason. The price just went up on the 1st of July 2013 for my monthly tag its gone up by a whole R50.00 yet I am not receiving the service that I am paying for. It is so funny that when it is time for a price increase there is communication or notices on each and every bus, but when they remove our buses from their routes nobody can give an answer.
I think that you need to start giving the service that we as computers are PAYING for and take responsibility because more time on the road equals less time with our Family. The government wants us to leave our cars at home so that there can be less carbon emissions and so forth but the service that the public transport is providing is USELESS.
