I received weak AF service from Eagle liner company tonight. Firstly, my bus didn't arrive on time. It didn't arrive 4 hours later either until eventually I decided to take the 1 hour drive back home. I have tried contacting customer service. I tried 5 times and succeeded once when a consulting agent answered. She basically told me that "the system is slow" and that she would call back, but she never did. I also tried using their whatsapp customer service and I haven't received any repsonse yet. So much for the 24/7 customer service claim! I'm so so dissatisfied with this company.
