DISPICABLE SERVICE FROM COACH COMPANIES

My family and I booked our return tickets from JHB to DBN (28/01/2013) dep time app 20.00pm upon the EAGLE LINER bus services. On route the bus broke down at Bergville garage and some passengers were re directed to the CITILINER BUS (REGISTRATION - INTCTY3). We were told that only 20 seats were available and my family of 6 were directed to that bus. To our horror we were one seat short and 3 people were forced to share a 2 seater. The driver of the Intercity bus was absolutely rude and arrogant, he forcefully got me out of my seat and asked me to sit on the step of the bus for the duration of the journey. When i questioned his actions he threatened me by saying 'He will HIT me'. His conductor /friend had the first 2 seats for himself whilst i sat on the cold floor of the bus. The seating arrangements were beyond our control as it was arranged by the 2 company bus drivers. I cannot believe that this Citiliner bus driver (Reg INTCTY3) portrays such a patetic image of his employer. I want a full family refund from Eagle Liners for putting us through this traumatic and embarrasing experience. A personal apology from both bus services and the driver (INTCTY3) will be appreciated.
