Call Centre Not Responding to Calls

Good day. I have called the Mango call centre on at least 5 occasions today and have waited an estimated total of 30 minutes trying to get assistance from an agent to no avail. Its no EXCUSE to say that you have a special on launch hence the high call unanswered rate. The call centre management should have been made aware of the special well in advance to cater for the high volume of calls. In fact, how is the said operator of the call centres measuring first call resolution, and Abandoned Calls. I would hope Mango Management have detected the shocking performance when specials are on. Instead of enhancing the brand of the company, such poor performance at the call centres results in frustration being attached to the mango brand. Whoever is managing your call centres must pull up their socks, and improver their staff forecasting process. This can NOT be the first special ever offered by MANGO. Improvement is required. You will see fromedgars account history that I have bought numerous air tickets from you.
