I was due to fly kulula from lanseria to Cape Town on Sunday 2nd February but because My daughter was admitted to hospital I was unable to make the trip. I tried calling the call centre on Friday to cancel the bookings but was told they could not cancel without a letter of admission from the hospital. We have managed to obtain a letter but I am not anywhere near a fax or email in order to scan and send this to them. I called the call centre back Sunday morning to try move my flight but they told me I had to call the airport directly. On doing so I got through to a victor who was most unhelpful & told me to call the call centre when I explained they directed me to the airport he refused to assist me. When I asked to speak to the supervisor & asked for name I was told it depends, I complained he then put me hold & came back & said she would not assist me! When I told him I would report them both he said thank you!!! I will never ever fly kulula again which I have always supported personally & thru business & I will encourage all my staff & friends to rather fly another more suitable & understanding airline more competent & willing to assist! Clearly kulula have become arrogant!!
