I was in a car crash on my way to the airport on Sunday night. As I was admitted to hospital, I missed my flight and couldn't notify Kulula because the call centre had already closed. On contacting the call centre today to ask for what ever kind of refund possible (despite their T&Cs saying that no refund is possible if you miss a flight), they offered instead to give me travel credit for the total flight amount for use in the future. I fly with Kulula often and enjoy flying with them. They created a solution that pleases me and benefits them too. They went the extra mile and showed understanding of my circumstances. Well done Kulula!
