As we were boarding the mango flight at king shaka at scheduled time of 2.05pm, we get informed at 3.pm that due to technical problems the flight has been cancelled we need to get off and proceed to check in counter. WE STOOD FOR 2 HOURS IN A LINE WITH NO ANSWERS AND THEN GET A VOUCHER OF R50.00 AND COME BACK AT 5.15 YET FLIGHT IS STILL NOT GAURENTEED. ACSA DOES NOT RESPOND NOR DOES THE MANAGER OR SUP. WORST SERVICE EVER
