I noticed that my Avios Credit Card was debited twice from Nashua Mobile. I phoned Avios to arrange for the one to be reversed when I was told that I need to arrange with the person sending the debit through. I said I do not agree with this, as if the debit has been processed by a, should I then go to the to request them to give my money back? I was then told that would not be able to get my details so they can not money from my account - really - does this person not read the news? It is so easy to get the details. I gave an example of me purchasing something and giving my details - that person can use the details to commit on my account. I was then told I have then given the authority for them to debit as I handed over my details. Ridiculous!! I can not understand that a banking company can NOT reverse something I dispute - surely I can say who can debit or not - SHOCKING SERVICE!!!
