With reference to my previous reports about QVC, this has been long drawn out, pensioners trying to cancell their contract since October last year, after submitting all docs this was last correspondence in Dec, assuring us that contract was cancelled.

then get a message from Lezanne Klopper today wanting payments for cancellation of contract which has not been used for last couple of years!
