Terrible service

Bought ticket 26/01/2014 on online service and paid via absa secure banking. Secure banking site had a time out, and even though payment was made and confirmed by absa, no confirmation was sent, and my booking was cancelled due to non payment. Spent whole day trying to reinstate flight, but with no avail! Was told to send bank statements as proof that transaction was paid, did that four times to a supervisor, but still i was told no issue will be made, now mango was waiting for payment to show on their bank statement, which is not my problem!!

I have paid for return flight in two days, with no ticket issued, and to make matters worse i am now told that i will not get same rate as when i made original booking, will have to pay extra as my booking, even though paid and confirmed paid on bank statements, are now cancelled!!!
