To whom it may concern,
A booking was made with SA Roadlink travel from King Williams Town to JHB on the 13/1/2014.
The Bus did not pitch and furthermore a query wanted to be raised, upon the office. The office was and still is closed with no answer to calls.
Pathetic service delivery and unacceptable behaviour towards paying customers, if an emergency occurred the least that could have been done was to notify us, refund us so that we can make alternate arrangements.
