The bus was suppose to depart from Umtata Ultra City at 12pm to Cape Town. The bus is 3hours 30mins late. Head Office and Umtata Office are not helpfull and not acknowledging their mistake. The driver finally got here and is being rude and silly. Pathetic service at its best.
