Bad experience we have had with SA Road link, we booked a buss with them in April from Cape town to King Williams Town 4 hours before the departure next of kin of the passenger was called to be advised that the buss will be an hour late. Got to the station at that new advised time to our suprise the buss was on time. Its a nightmare to get through their customer line, we need a refund on that ticket! As we had to make other means for my mom to go back to King Williams Town. No one is willing to assit in terms of getting a refund.
