My girlfriend and I went to Mount Sheba for the weekend; we arrived in the late afternoon. When we arrived and wanted to check in, we were informed that someone has already checked into our chalet. Chantelle and Daniel at reception immediately investigated and sorted the problem out in the friendliest way possible. I must say I am very impressed with the service, especially at that time in the afternoon. Mount Sheba is a wonderful and peaceful place and would recommend it to everyone I know.
