PAY FOR DIESEL I DID NOT RECIEVE ON 2 JULY 2013

On 2 Jul @ 06:54 want to fill diesel at Sheba Motors. The person who helped me battled to use his tag to reset the pump, due to a new petrol pump that was installed the previous night. After? 6 minutes it eventually reset the pump for me to fill diesel. I asked him not to mess because the tank was stil on 3/4.
He filled my car with 14.69 lt @ R184.74. He check the water/oil & cleaned the windscreen. He asked to check the tyres but time was a concern because I must be in the meeting @ 7:20 (7 km away) I always asked for a slip because I write the odometer reading on the slip. When I reached the first robot, is realised the my car was stil on 3/4. I immediately call the number on the slip when I reached my office. Angie asked me to please fax the slip as she knows there is a problem due to the new pump, which I did. I keep on phoning but with no success. Angie promises everyday they are busy with the problem but nothing is happening. I even visit Sheba Motors twice, but Angie was not available. Angie's last call was on 8 Jul @ 16:16 to tell me they stil busy with the investigation. It is already 8 days and nothing has happen yet. My car can't run on promises, neither my purse.
