As a Premium Club member??? I paid my membership fees of just over R9000 on the 6th of January 2014 then to get a SMS on the 8th saying I still R657.49 collection fees when I called to query and ask in what form did they try and collect I did not get a letter, fax or email. I feel I pay so much fees already and have for years alwAys paid on time but due to unforeseen circumstance I paid on the 6th for BOOKINGS I CAN NEVER get and end up booking anywhere just to give Away to others. Left messages for manager to call back as you wait an hour before you get threw on the telephone but still waiting. I feel qvc is not the money's worth for what I paid for and what was promised! I think is time Carte Blanch investigates!
