I opened an account and bid on an item and won. I then proceeded to pay. They sent me an email to confirm the price etc but then 2 days later they charged me R480 for premium membership fees which i knew nothing about and did not authorize. I tried calling but no one answers the phone, so i emailed them and they said they can't refund the membership fees just the money for the item won.
I said i want the item that i won seeing as i paid so much in membership fees and they have refunded me for the item won but not the membership fees.
THEY ARE WHO PEOPLE'S MONEY AND IT SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED!!!
