I had made a reservation at Forever resort Gariep. I could not make this reservation so I phoned Gariep and spoke to Alphonsina Makoa. I asked her to change my booking to warmbaths (also a forever resort). I was told my booking was changed, the money would be transferred to warmbaths and they had taken R120 for admin cost. A day before I left for warmbaths, I phoned the resort to just confirm my booking. They told me that the booking was made but no money was transferred from gariep (this is 8 days after the money was supposed to be transferred). In fear of loosing my booking, I payed the amount for warmbaths and phoned Alphonsina Makoa again to tell her to transfer the money into my account as she had failed to transfer it into the warmbaths account. I have still not received the money into my account. Every time I phone I am told the money will be transferred into my account in 2 days time as they only do transfers twice a week. I have still not received my money, every time its a false promise and her attitude seems to get worse every time.
