I have tried to make bookings on more than 4 occasions this year. On all of the occasions the call centre agent told me that there was nothing available at the resorts where I wanted to go. I suggested another resort, which, as I have become accustomed to, was also unavailable. The call centre agent suggested other resorts but none of these were anywhere close to where I wanted to go.
The problem now is that I have 60 points available but 30 of these expire at the end of 2013. My concern at the moment is that I have paid the fees but effectively forfeit monies paid due to unavailibility.
I am extremely upset because this is happening every time I try to make a booking. I can phone to try and make a booking during an off peak period or during a peak period, the answer remains the same - no availibilty.
I want to know why I actually pay membership fees if nothing is avaiable?
