We have requested on multiple occasions to cancel the debit order against my moms account as I will be making manual EFT payments each month. We have requested this via the "CARE" center without any luck, we have submitted all the supporting documentation, ID's, bank statements, authorization letters, copies of bank statements, proof of manual payments etc, still without any communication or resolution from them!!
We are really upset about this as we have now for the past 2 months made 4 payments into the account!! that is an extra payment of almost R15, 000 because they can not complete the simplest task, to cancel the debit order, come on that is really ridiculous, their customer service really big time!!
I am not handling this request on my moms behalf and I will keep filing complaints, sending care mails, logging complains on Facebook, Twitter and rest so that everyone can know not to use MFC for any finance at all!!!
