Intercape sends the faulty buses to Zimbabwe. Everytime I have used this bus this year we've had to stop due to failure. Intercape has gained a reputation for sending buses that always fail. As i write this I am in a bus to Harare Zimbabwe. Firstly the bus only left at 8pm when it was supposed to leave at 7.30. No explanation was given as to why we failed to leave on time. Secondly we had not even made it past Midrand when the bus starting experiencing problems. This is the 2nd time this year I have used this bus and this has happened. I will not recommend anyone to use this bus and you send us the faulty buses that you cant uses on your other routes. Very disapointed!
