Over one week and no response

I visited the Flight Center website last week 15/01/2014 and filled in the online form under the contact us section for a quote. It has been over a week and still no response. I made a follow up query on Monday via the same channel and no response to that as well.

Is this the kind of service one should expect if making a booking through you guys as well???
