I booked a bus from Johannesburg to Durban on the 20 Dec 2013 which was suppose to depart at 22h00 and arrive in Durban on the 21 Dec 2013 an 05h30 where i was suppose to connect with another transport to the Eastern Cape as soon as i arrive in Durban, I arrived at JHB park station at 20h45 as per their request that I must be there atleast 30 minutes before departure time, I was on the checking queue till 22h15 which was 15 minutes passed departure time and when eventually checked and got to the side where we were suppose to be boarding the bus there were no buses but only long queues, buses kept coming and most of them were half full to full and some of them would be asking for 6 passengers with no luggage, I finally left JHB park station around midnight which led on me missing my transport in durban. The agents claimed that tha they did not know what was happening which was strange because they should have be ones who were suppose to tell us what was causing the delay. My ticket number is 2012130339JG603.
