They don't have safe buses at all, my brother came from cape town to JHB and the bus had two breakdowns, now he just went back to cape town and this one had 3breakdown already.
do they ever service their buses? this is highly unaccepted, he had to go to the doctor first thing in the morning and now he has missed his appointment because he will arrive at home 6hours later. never again will we use intercape sleepliner again. once its a mistake bus for the second time now, this means that they all have the same problem
