I'd subscribed to their holiday club and i went through the TC's on the contract at home and didnt like them so i cancelled the contract within 5 working days as satated on the contract (i can provide proof) and they say they recieved it after 5 working days though i keep forwading them the e-mail dated 02 August 2013 which was still within the time frame and they are refusing to cancell my contract from their as i call it. i sent them a cancellation e-mail within the time frame ofwhich i still have it as proof. now they are money from my bank account and i had to change my bank and that's gonna reflact badly on my Credit Record.
