I am appalled at the service mango gives it's clients.
On arrival at airport and waiting in queue we were refused wheelchair even though it was approved as proof email below.
This was refused by a supervisor Kidibeng. I'm appalled and shocked at service a person in a senior and the arrogance in which she deals with things. She was rude and unhelpful and point blank refused an elderly man 83 years wheelchair assistance.
The Service mango gives leaves a lot to be desired. Shocking really.
I would like full enquiry on this matter and the person need to be dealt with in the appropriate manner.
