Disgusted by the service

After being hounded by the sales rep to go for this interview, we decided to go. After telling her that we've been already, still promises made. I receive my voucher and the following happens:
a) been trying for the past year to make a booking
b) i call they say its too early, i call again, they say its too late - at this point i escalate to the izelle's manager of getting no joy whatsoever from anyone at the office
c) i get shouted at from the manager saying sorry but your ID already exists on my system, you cant have your voucher - gee, did i not ask about this before, did it take a year for you to tell me this???
d) i escalate further to the sales dept, dealing with luke and zane, who by the way is never avail, after reading all my emails. I get promised resolve as im told that my voucher is valid. i call reception numerous times- no answer, unprofessional and everything seems like a circus.
to date, im still waiting for someone to give me some sort of response. Def cant want for next week, as the regulator is my next stop.
Word of advice - DONT FALL FOR THIER FALSE PROMOTIONS!
