Hello Peter, I bought a Destiny Magazine on my way to Cape Town at the airport it had a Planet Fitness 6 months training voucher, where you Scratch and Win. I am one of the lucky winners now I had to go and redeem my voucher to Planet Fitness near where I am staying. I went to the one in Mega Club in Fourways when I got there and I showed the voucher to the sales consultant Quincy, he didn't''t wanted me to use it he was forcing me to join a R395 pm contract he even called his manager Jacques or something to convince me. Someone advise me to call Head Office which I did not get much of help from the guy I spoke to. He promised to send an e-mail to the gym and I should expect a call within 2 days.
My problem is this, why Planet Fitness is allowed to run promotions and when people win they don''t want the winner to get the prize. Now I am sitting with the voucher that I don't know what to do.
