On the 27th of November we ammended a booking and i was promised a refund, i was charged 10% for cancellation and i had no problem with it. I was promise that the money will be in my account within 7 days
and nothing was received, when i send e-mail to the agent (Nina) she told me that accoording to the admin department it was processed i need to check after 48hours of which nothing was received. On the 13 of December i phoned and she told me that the lady that was responsible is no longer with the company but she assured me that she confirmed with someone when i was holding that iwill be in my account the following day, untill today no one knows, the agent gave me the name of the person i need to follow up with Thulile Gwala, i have sent emails, tried to contact her, left endless messages and no one came back. I need my money please and i need professionalism from Greyhound as they did the 01st time.
