BAD SERVICE

I was asked to attend a presentation and will received a mid-week holiday voucher.
I attended the presentation received the voucher and know that I want to know what dates are available to make use of the voucher, I just don't get any sensible person to speak to.
I was told to fax my voucher (just to find out what dates are avail?)
Everyday I phone the 021 5512537 to speak to somebody just to find out if they received the fax-I get no joy. Day 5 I speak to Danielle who tells me I did not have to fax the voucher and she cannot tell what dates are avail I must phone in Dec or Jan 2014.
I was also told that a lady by the name of Izelle is the only person that can help me and she is never available.
My question is- why is your company offering free vouchers if the after service is so pathetic? Why was it said that the voucher can be used during the sch holiday if you are a teacher? AND NOT TRUE.
Promises are made I think just as a catch so that you can attend the presentation.
PS: I still know of many people that received calls to attend the presentations who are are now in doubt.after I have
