Hi SAA, this morning I phoned your lost baggage number as I have done every morning for nearly 3 weeks and was very disappointed to: 1. Be put on hold mid enquiry and then be cut off 2. HUNG UP ON by the second person I spoke to and 3. STILL not have any idea when my bag will arrive from Sao Paulo. Surely it is as straight forward as putting it on the next SAA flight back to South Africa?!
No one has been able to help me despite spamming their facebook page and helpine to get some assistance.
VERY disappointing especially as I am a Gold Voyager and Star Alliance member.
