Refuse To Cancel Contract

My father had flexiclub for many years, but unfortunately he passed away from cancer. I contacted flexiclub regarding the transfer of his account, they said that I will have to pay R1, 000 and then I will be able to use the service.

I am currently sitting with a bill for over R13, 000!!!
My father had paid in full for all the points and now they are charging me these crazy fees. They said that I will be able to make use of about R11, 000 of the money for holidays. How on earth can I afford to take local holidays for R11, 000! How on earth will I even be able to get the leave to take such long holidays?

They gave me a 60 page contract but they told me something else, now they are saying I must refer to the contract. Is this how you do business?
I cannot afford R13, 000 at this point in my life, I have to support my wife son and mother.

They never told me that I would have to pay over R13, 000 in fees. If they were up front with me I would never have transferred the membership, but they people who don't know what the product is about and they do whatever it takes to get them to sign the contract but then they do not live up to their promises.
