I have been ravelling Intercape and never had problems however this time it was so BAD that I have to bring it to your attention. Booking numbers 0301142105ZT475 (R1169-00) booking number 0301142105LW090 (R1169-00). I paid so much money for convenience and comfort then we travelled from Cape Town on the 03 Jan 2014 to Johannesburg and when we arrived in Bloemfontein we were stopped by the Metro Police for an Hour and then the bus had to divert to the Traffic Department arrea and there we waited another Hour. The branch Manager from Intercape came into the bus and explained that they got a another bus SkyBIG that would take us to Johannesburg. This bus was so small and unconfortable sitting like fishes on top of each other. The pasangers bags was in the walkway of the ilse of the bus so if you had to get off you had to walk over the bags. I paid for comfort and taking this further if I dont get a refund of portion of my money for this was not my fault but the Intercape bus responsibilities. While we were waiting in Bloemfontein 2 others busses of Intercape were stopped so there was then definately something wrong with the busses. Im taking this further.
