I wanted to transport a car from Cape town to johannesburg, for some reason the car was not transported . the people that were supposed to take the car to the station did not take it . i called tha call centre 0860008888 and spoke wth Nathaniel who advised that i go to park station and cancel the booking with a charge of R298.00. before i went there i got a call from Thulani in Cape town asking if the car will be available . explained to Thulani why the car was not available to be transported, he then transfered the call to Piet Groenewald for a refund and with the same charge as Nathaniel had told me. Piet advised me to send an email to him, of which i dd on monday 30/09/13, and tried to call him with not luck on 0214493046. he responded to my email and said he will speak to his manager about the refund, what i do not understand is that why is it difficult for them to refund me when the car was not transported, and there is nothing on the ticket that mentions anything like there will be no refund if the car is not transported . i feel as a customer i need to be treated fairly as R2980.00 is a lot of money to be lost to Shosholoza meyl just like that. i really want my refund
