I booked a return online. Everything seemed to be processed smoothly via Mango's electronic system until man was involved! Firstly the wifi which I booked and paid for, beautifully advertised, wasn't even available on the flight up to JHB but I was assured that it would be on the flight home with a simple "I'm sorry about that". On the flight home I had managed to connect and then was automatically disconnected due to Mango's system error according to the flight attendant who enquired from the pilot. So I didn't even get to download or send emails or browse the internet at all! My check-in experience was also very unpleasant where a "Nosi" from Johannesburg just plainly refused to assist me. I asked her to stop the machine for my bag which I wanted to lock, she stopped it then said, well I don't have cable ties with an attitude and off she sent the bag. I told her no she must stop it. I even approached the supervisor Sedibeng who assured me that my bag would be safe. Then needless to say when I arrived in Cape Town my bag had arrived in Durban! I had to wait at the airport for 6 hours for my bag to arrive where I then missed my transport home! Mango Refund me for the inconvenience!
