Poor seating

Travelled from Jhb to Dbn 22nd dec 2013 bus was one nd a half hrs late and we drove wit no aircon. returned 3rd jan 2014 not an eldos coach bus. seats were so small people were complaining dey cant fit. my daughter is a petit girl cudnt sit properly. seats didnt recline had 2 on one side and 3 seater on the other my back was finished wen i got home. dey constantly overbook and customers suffer whats worst is they take your no down and dey dont notify you
