Hellish trip, bad service

On the 16th of dec I booked the sa roadlink for 4 people;two teenagers;one 6yr old;and myself;I paid full prices of r699 each;the bus did not depart on time At 4.30;it departed at 6.30;at around 10.00pm the bus got stuck about 30kilometres outside bloem;with no airconditioning;toilets were stinking;the food trays were dirty not even the tvs worked, they sent us a rescue bus the nxt morning after 11am;we were stuck in the middle of no where without water or food and it was extremely hot;the rescue bus was unroadworthy we had to stop at the traffic testing station in bloem where the bus was suspended;we were again stuck for more hours;we finally got to our destination on the 18th;people on the bus wanted to be compensated, we we're told to fill in refund forms;but now to get anyone to listen to ur plight is a mission from the call centre agents up to managment level;calls are not returned;you get shouted at when all u want are answers and u are told to wait to get ur monies back and told the finance department is closed;I need an answer from someone willing to listen but I shouldn't keep my hopes up as I have heard that even staff don't get paid timeously;what's up with this company
