I had booked SA Roadlink bus on the 4th for the 9th September, the bus arrived full and therefore had to make other arrangements. I then went to Pretoria Station to request for my refund, where I was made to fill some form and told that I would receive my money within 7 working days. I have been trying to call the call centre but i have been sent from pillar to post with no definite response as to why my refund has not been paid yet.
