Sa Roadlink

Sa roadlink has the worst service imaginable. My mother booked a tuesday 6pm bus from joburg to cape town and was advised the bus would arrive in cape town at 11am wednesday morning. The bus only left joburg at 8 pm with no apologies or explanations. During the trip the bus broke down several times. I went to the office to find out how long the bus would be delayed by and the cashier told me she didnt know and had not the slightest interest in trying to provide me with further information. The bus only arrived in cape town at 3am on thursday morning. SA roadlink puts buses on the road that are unroadworthy and have no regard for there passengers, I will never make use of this bus again and would advise others against them.
