FIrst of all I was impressed by the price on Travelstart's site, but that changed quickly. I find it rather inconvenient that Travelstart would advertise as a Namibian agency when they do not have an office or a direct line in my country. It makes it difficult for us to contact them as one cannot go to their premises, phoning a South African number costs an arm and a leg and the online chat has not been available for about two weeks now. I have to resort to sending e-mails which are not replied to timeously. I have been sending e-mails to your payments department since 9 am (during working hours) and got no response up until now. I made a payment online into your bank account on 13/12/2013 to which your Tamara kindly replied. I then called my bank the next day to confirm if the money cleared as it was deducted from my acc, where I was misled that the account I was given is incorrect. Today I received a payment notification of a successful transaction from my bank of which conversation I forwarded to Travelstart as well as proof of payment, but received no response.
