On the 16th Dec 2013 my young sister used your bus service to travel to East London. The bus was stuck from 2am until the next morning at 11:20M .WOW this is shocking and disgusting that the bus service managed to get a bus only at 11:30 the next morning. The passengers had to sleep in the middle of nowhere. I am shocked that this bus being so expensive return ticket of (R750-00) could really inconvinience their clients in such a huge way. This makes us think and wonder if the bus is Safe and was serviced before departing Gauteng. I am so angry that they could put almost 200 passengers lives at risk. Escpecially during the holidays where there is a campaign FOR ARRIVE ALIVE... And this bus service does this!
