Notwithstanding the promise of a consultant being in contact, no one has contacted me. Imagine my surprise when I log in this morning to realise that the "last" of my points, for 2013 (being 19) had been forfeited for 2011 (I am still fighting to get my 2011 points back as they forfeited that in 2012 already) and that I now have only my 2014 points left?
This even though you cannot book online because there is a problem and their offices are closed over December? To make my morning even better... I have been trying non-stop for almost an hour to phone them and their phone has been engaged all the time!!
