On checking in to a flight from Durban to cape town, was told to go to a border gate no A8, that is where my wife and I went. At around 19h26, that was when our names where paged through their intercom, we never waisted time, we then dashed to A14, Where our flight was, wen we got there, we were told, we were contacted several times, but no avail, my phone was in my bag and did not here it ring, (later I got miss calls from a cell number I do not know, only to realise was one of the mango staff tryna call me), After all of this, we went to guest service and we were lashed on by the attendants that were there and left stranded, careless and homeless. Was disappointed by the service, the flight left us by an inch and they told us, they cannot help us. Sad for days. Kenneth 0763195066
